GLVAR MLS is the sole association and MLS provider for Las Vegas, Nevada. Basically GLVAR is the sole provider for MLS listings in Las Vegas and the Las Vegas IDX (broker reciprocity program).

The Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® MLS broker reciprocity program, also known as IDX covers the following counties, cities and areas:

• Las Vegas
• North Las Vegas
• Henderson
• Pahrump
• Greater Clark County
• Southern Nye County.

Las Vegas IDX from GLVAR MLS is currently only available to broker/office websites. GLVAR uses the MLXchange MLS system.

The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors is a member of The Nevada Association of REALTORS®, which offers Statewide support and benefits to the REALTOR® community, most prominently by monitoring and lobbying State political activity. In addition to Legislative activity, NVAR also provides continuing education, technological resources and professional development programs.
